| 摘 要： | 新版GB50500-2008(建设工程工程量清单计价规范>从2008年12月1日起正式实施.与原规范相比,新规范的内容和内涵都进行了全面地增加和改进.新规范不但巩固了工程量清单计价改革的成果,也更好地适应了中国当前工程计价管理的现状.因此,尽快了解、掌握和应用新版规范,对指导实际工作具有十分重要的意义.

| Abstract: | The new edition of GB50500-2008 "Code of Valuation with Bill Quantity of Construction Works" was enforced on December 1,2008.Comparing to the original code,the new one has more meaning and improvement.The new code not only consolidates the results of reform in valuation with bill quantity,but also fits better to the status-quo of works valuation management in China.Therefore,to understand and apply the new code as soon as possible is very important to the guiding of practical work. |
