| 摘 要： | 针对全向侧面叉车在狭窄区域环境下操作难度大等问题，设计了车轮转向检测显示系统。采用PLC和绝对式光电编码器作为全向侧面叉车的主要检测元件，通过PLC的RS485串行通讯口接收编码器的转角信息，运用PLC内部指令将格雷码转换为二进制码并以数字的形式在面板表上显示出来，该检测系统方便了驾驶操作，提高了操作可靠性和工作效率。
