摘    要:永磁同步电机矢量控制系统中存在非线性饱和特性.分析了经典的PID控制器用于系统时所带来的积分Windup现象,并介绍了几种典型而适用的Anti-Windup控制器结构,基于变结构Anti-Windup控制器对系统进行了改进以抑制积分Windup现象,控制器采用条件积分法和反计算法相结合的控制策略,保证了系统出现饱和时,尽快地退出饱和区.仿真和实验结果表明,该控制器能有效抑制系统的积分Windup现象,系统超调量小、速度响应快,具有较好的鲁棒性和较高的稳态性能.

Abstract:When classical PID controllers were used in permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) vector control system,the integrate windup phenomenon was analyzed,which was caused by the presence of saturation nonlinearity.Then several typical and applied anti-windup controllers were introduced.Based on variable-structure anti-windup PID controller,the system was improved to suppress the relevant windup phenomenon.The controller is based on the combined use of conditional integration and back-calculation anti-windup t...
