应用计算机调度货运车辆的算法研究

摘    要:由于考虑到城市货运调度模型兼有数学与管理两重性质的特点,本文在充分分析现行启发式及规划式两类货运调度算法的基础上,提出两环节规划式调度算法:首先应用运筹学的规划法求得城市货运空车整体调度方案的最佳理论解,然后以此为目标采用组合式算法进一步求出与之相同或尽可能接近的实际解。本算法在拥有100~200辆汽车的城市货运企业进行实际运行试验结果表明,平均每日约可提高里程利用率2%以上。

Abstract:Taking into consideration the feature of urban freight transportation scheduling model which has the dual nature of mathematics and management, and on the basis of sufficient analysis of the two current algorithms for freight transportation scheduling (heuristic method and programing method) , this paper proposes the scheduling algorithm of the two links programing method.First applying the programing method of operations research to find the optimal theoretical solution of whole scheduling plans for empty freight vehicles, this paper then takes the optimal theoretical solution as a target, adopts the combination method to find the practical solution that is the same or as close as possible to the optimal one. The algorithm runs practically in urban freight transportation enterprises for 100-200 trucks. The experimental results have shown that the daily mileage utilizing factor was raised about 2% on the average. The major focus of this paper is the proposing of algorothmproblems in computer scheduling; current mathematical models and evaluation; fundamentals of the two links scheduling algorithm.
