电能表动态误差测量不确定度分析与评定

摘    要:分析了动态激励信号的数学模型和动态误差计算方法,设计开发了基于幅移键控的电能表动态误差测试装置,并搭建了相应的测试系统,全面剖析了电能表动态误差测量的不确定度来源,对测量结果的不确定度进行了系统的评定,对电能表制造企业发展电能表动态计量关键技术和国家建立电能表动态电能量值传递体系具有非常重要的意义。

Abstract:The mathematical model of dynamic excitation signal and the calculation method of dynamic error are analyzed in this paper. A kind of dynamic error testing device for electric energy meter based on ASK control is designed and developed, through which the testing system is established for dynamic error test. The measurement uncertainty in the process of the dynamic error testing is analyzed comprehensively, under which the uncertainty of measurement results were evaluated.
