基于虚拟仪器的电机测试方法研究

摘    要:在工业产品的研发、使用中,测量参数和性能指标是一项必要且关键的环节。传统的测试办法大都由各自独立的测试仪器人工操作完成,数据处理方法费时费力。现如今,虚拟仪器发展尤为迅速。文中在传统电机测试原理基础上结合虚拟仪器技术,对基于Lab VIEW的永磁同步电动机测试系统进行研究,设计了基于Lab VIEW的永磁同步电动机测试系统,包括各项软件功能以及界面设计。该测试系统能实现测试数据的实时显示、存储以及处理等;研究永磁同步电动机的动态加载方式,设计新型对拖测试平台,对电压降低问题进行分析并提出方案,并做MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真与实测数据对比,验证测试平台的可行性和正确性;分析最小转矩的产生机理并判定产生位置,在Lab VIEW上对转矩转速曲线进行合理的曲线拟合处理,并计算出最小转矩点,实现测试数字化、自动化,为工业测试现场缩短工期、减少成本。

Motor test method research based on virtual instrument
Abstract:In industrial product research and development, the use of measurement is a necessary and key performance index and parameter of the link. The traditional test method is almost completed by independent testing instrument, data processing method is time consuming. Nowadays, virtual instrument develops especially rapid. In this paper, based on the principles of traditional motor test combined with virtual instrument technology, the permanent magnet synchronous motor test system based on LabVIEW is studied, the design of permanent magnet synchronous motor test system based on LabVIEW, including the software function and interface design. This test system can realize real-time display, stor-age and processing of test data, and so on;Research permanent magnet synchronous motor dynamic loading way, design new test platform, analyze the voltage degradation and put forward the scheme, at the same time make comparison with experimental data and MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation, verify the correctness and feasibility of the test platform;Ana-lyze the mechanism of the minimum torque and and determined the generated position, to counter rotating torque speed curve in the LabVIEW for reasonable curve fitting processing, and calculate the minimum torque, realize digital and au-tomation test and shorten the construction period, reduce the cost for the industrial test site.
