摘    要:针对运行智能电能表出现的电量清零及表地址突变问题,提出了一种基于故障注入的问题分析方法。将快速瞬变脉冲群干扰信号通过信号耦合加入E2PROM的I2C总线,直接注入E2PROM芯片的SDA、SCL引脚,复现了现场故障现象。试验结果说明当现场发生某些事件造成电网内有强烈的干扰信号时,RAM和E2PROM会受到干扰,导致I2C总线传输的数据发生突变,由于软件设计缺陷使得电能表初始化,从而导致电能表存储信息突变。

Research on the analysis method of smart electricity meter information mutation based on fault injection
Abstract:For the power value being cleared and its address mutation problems of the operating smart electricity meters, an analysis method based on fault injection is presented. The rapidly changing pulse interference signals are added into the I2C bus of the E2PROM. The signal enters the E2PROM chip along the SDA and SCL pin. The fault site reappears. The experiment result shows that when some incidents happen, the anti-interference ability of RAM and E2PROM chips are different. The data on the I2C bus will mutate when the disturbance reaches a certain level. The meter is initialized due to the software design defect and the data mutate.
