电动汽车电池管理系统抗工频磁场设计

摘    要:针对电动汽车电池管理系统(BMS)采集模块输出的电压信号容易受到外界工频磁场(PFMF)干扰的问题,提出了一种抗工频磁场干扰的采集模块的设计。分析BMS采集模块工频磁场干扰的机理,对采集模块进行硬件抗干扰和软件滤波设计;依据GB/T 17626.8要求,搭建工频磁场抗干扰测试平台,按照测试等级5对采集模块进行测试。测试结果表明,优化设计的BMS采集模块不仅结构简单,容易实现,且能有效滤除50 Hz工频干扰,提升BMS采集模块的抗干扰性能,对电动汽车抗干扰设计具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:In view of the output voltage signal of the acquisition module is easily interfered by power frequency mag -netic field ( PFMF) in electric vehicle battery management system ( BMS) , a kind of anti-PFMF interference acquisi-tion module design is put forward in this paper .According to the mechanism of the PFMF interference in BMS signal acquisition module , the hardware anti-interference and software filter is designed .Based on the requirement of GB/T 17626.8, the test platform of anti-PFMF was set up.Under the anti-PFMF interference testing in level 5, the results show that optimized BMS acquisition module not only has simple construction , but also can effectively filter out 50 Hz frequency interference and improves the anti-electromagnetic interference performance of BMS acquisition module . Finally, it has a reference value on the design of electrical vehicle anti-electromagnetic interference .
