集成耦合电感升压-反激变换器的性能研究

摘    要:集成升压-反激变换器(Integrated Boost-flyback Converter——IBFC)可在较小占空比条件下实现高电压增益,与传统升压电路相比,避免了因占空比处于极限状态而对电路造成较高功率损耗。在此基础上本文提出新型集成耦合电感升压-反激变换器(Intergrated Coupled-inductor Boost-flyback Converter——ICBFC)通过引入耦合电感代替IBFC中的储能电感,可有效抑制二极管反向恢复电流,减小反向恢复损耗并减小输出电容电压纹波,提高功率器件可靠性。本文着重研究了ICBFC中寄生参数、电路工作效率间的影响,并对两种拓扑进行比较。相同升压环境下,ICBFC效率更高,器件承受电流应力更小。在理论研究的基础上,用两台25 W实验样机验证了该拓扑的优点及理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:Integrated boost-flyback step-up converter ( IBFC ) has the ability of high voltage gain in the case of small duty cycle , compared with traditional boost circuit , it avoids high power loss of circuit under the limit duty rati-o.On this basis , the integrated coupled -inductor boost -flyback converter ( ICBFC ) is presented in this paper , which utilized the coupled inductor instead of the power inductor of the IBFC .This paper studies the quantitative rela-tionship between parasitic parameter , boost characteristics and efficiency of ICBFC , which meanwhile explores the best design parameters in specific cases .Comparing two kinds of topologies , the advantage over IBFC of the ICBFC reduces current stresses of diode and voltage ripple of capacitors , and improves the reliability of power components at the same time by introducing the actual parasitic parameters under the condition of same voltage gain .On the basis of theoretical research , the 2 sets of 25 W laboratory prototypes verify the advantage of this topology .The theoretical a-nalysis agrees well with experimental results .
