摘    要:在特高压输电线路的继电保护中,负序纵联保护显现出了极高的优越性。但是,负序方向元件的最大缺点是不能反映所有类型的故障,针对这一问题国内外都在寻求好的方法进行改善。文中提出了一种改进后的负序方向元件。其基本原理是利用数据窗的延迟来实现在各种故障下人为的制造出负序分量,使其在各种故障类型下都可以可靠动作。

Abstract:In the protection of UHV transmission lines, the longitudinal protection based on negative sequence, shows where it is superior. But, the biggest disadvantage of negative sequence directional element cannot reflect all kinds of fault-types. For this point , people all try to find the good improvement all over the world. So that, this paper proposes a new kind of improved negative sequence directional element. Its basic principle is that it create a negative sequence component by delay the data to come true, and the element could take action under all kinds of fault-types.
