摘    要:超级电容器单体端电压不高,对于大功率储能系统,为了满足容量和电压的需要,通常将多个超级电容器串联使用。单体性能参数存在一定的分散性,导致串联超级电容器组的电容电压不平衡。根据超级电容器的成组方式以及充电特性,设计了一种低能耗方式的电压均衡系统。该系统由信号采集电路、下位机、均衡开关电路,以及上位工控机组成,能够实现串联超级电容器充电时的电压采集、开关电路控制,使得超级电容器单体在充电时保持电压的一致性,从而实现超级电容器组容量的最大化利用。

Abstract:To meet the requirements of capacity and voltage in high-power energy storage system ,the multiple super-capacitor are usually connected in series , for the reason of low voltage of super-capacitor monomer .Because of per-formance parameter dispersion , the voltages of each monomer in super-capacitor stack are unbalanced .In this paper , a voltage balance system without energy consumption was designed , based on the burst mode and the charging and dis-charging characteristics of super-capacitor .The system is composed by signal collection circuits , slave computer , bal-ance switching circuits , and upper industrial personal computer , which can realize the functions of voltage acquisition and switch circuits controlling when tandem super-capacitor is charging and discharging .Through the control of switc-hing circuits , the voltages of each supercapacitor monomer tends to accord during charging and discharging , so as to realize the maximum utilization of supercapacitor stack .
