摘    要:基于嵌入式一体化触摸屏技术设计了储能变流器的人机界面,以嵌入式系统为通信核心,可实现对储能电池、上位机和DSP(digital signal processor)控制器通信数据的综合处理,实时显示储能变流器的各项参数,保存历史信息和故障信息,设置储能变流器的运行模式,并有效防止操作人员的误操作,设计了一种适合DSP控制器的通信方法,以保证通信能够准确稳定进行。本系统应用于实验室储能变流器样机,经测试:系统运行良好、通信稳定,各项性能达到要求。

Abstract:A human machine interface (HMI) for power storage converter based on embedded integrated touch screen is designed. The embedded system is regarded as the communication core to process the communication data of storage battery, PC and digital signal processor (DSP) controller. The HMI can real-time display the parameters of power storage converter, save the historical information and fault information, set the operation mode of power storage converter, and can effectively avoid the error operation. A communication method for DSP controller is designed to ensure accurate and stable communication. This system is applied to the 10kW prototype of power storage converter. After testing, the system operates well and the communication is stable. All properties meet the requirements.
