基于改进K-means聚类的城市配网组团规划方法

摘    要:针对快速发展城市配电网规划所面临的负荷密度快速增长、用地矛盾突出等新问题,提出了一种配电网组团规划新方法。该方法以改进的K-means聚类算法为工具,结合变电站的等效圆形供电范围和变电站间的界间距,将供电范围较大的供电区域划分为若干个组团。以组团为单位分区供电,组团内部电网紧密相连,组团间互为备用,可有效控制短路电流,减小电气计算的计算量,提高电网运行灵活性。该组团规划方法在某一实际配电网中得到应用,验证了该组团规划方法的可行性。

Abstract:Aiming at the new problem which faces in the rapid development of the urban distribution network plan-ning , such as rapid increase of load density , shortage of land supply and ever-increasing land price , a new method of the group planning of distribution network is put forward .The method adopted improved K-means clustering algorithm as a tool, combining with the equivalent circular power supply range and substation spacing between substations , and divided the power supply area into several groups .Supplying power of area with a unit of group , connecting tightly with each other in the groups , sparing to each other between groups , which can effectively control the short-circuit current , and improve the flexibility of distribution network operation .The group planning method is applied in an ac-tual distribution network , and verifies the feasibility of the group planning method .
