摘    要:针对电网电压管理业务中出现的电压合格率指标虚高、统计粗放的情况,提出了一种基于电压管理业务的电压合格率指标体系及评价方法:在原有的电压合格率一级指标的基础上,采用效用函数分析法对现有的四类监测点分别给出其相应的下级指标、合成模型及计算方法。经案例分析验证,该指标体系基本能够全面、客观地评价和反映供电电压质量管理工作开展情况,为进一步提高电压质量管理的工作水平提供了有效依据。

Abstract:For the existing power grid voltage management of voltage qualification rate index system has the phenome -non of artificially high and extensive , this paper puts forward a kind of index system and evaluation method based on voltage management business:on the basis of the original voltage qualification rate of the primary index , the method of utility function is employed on the existing four types of monitoring stations , and its corresponding indicators at a lower level, synthetic model and calculation method are obtained .The case analysis verifies the index system of the basis can comprehensively and objectively evaluate and reflect the voltage quality management to carry out the situation , and provides effective basis to further improve the level of voltage quality management work .
