风光涉网性能对宁夏电网第三道防线的影响

摘    要:为研究风光涉网性能对电网第三道防线的影响,针对宁夏电网,基于电网第三道防线、风光电站的低压/过压保护及静止无功发生器(SVG)实际配置情况,利用PSD-BPA仿真软件,分析风光场站低压/过压保护及SVG投退等新能源涉网性能对电网第三道防线的影响。结果表明,SVG退出且电网发生严重故障时,低压减载与解列装置相继动作引发过电压,触发过压保护动作致风光大规模脱网,较大功率缺额使频率陡降触发低频减载动作等连锁反应,最终导致电网崩溃;反之,SVG可提供电压支撑,风光脱网较少,不会引起后继频率问题。最后,提出增强风光涉网性能的合理化建议。

Abstract:To study the influence of interference power grid performance of wind power and solar photovoltaic on third de-fense line of power grid, in Ningxia power grid, based on specific configuration in third defense line of power grid , and low/over voltage protection of wind and photovoltaic power stations and the actual configuration of static var generator ( SVG) , the PSD-BPA is utilized to simulate and analyze effect of interference power grid performance on third defense line of power grid in this paper .The new energy interference power grid performances include low/over voltage protection , with or without SVG.The results show that when the wind and photovoltaic power stations do not have SVG , and serious fault occurs in power grid , under-voltage load shedding and splitting devices act successively lead to over voltage , and triggers overvoltage protection act which leads to large-scale wind and photovoltaic off grid .The large power vacancy causes the fre-quency drop, and triggers under-frequency load shedding device act and a series of chain reaction .When with SVG, it can provide voltage support , off grid capacity is less , and it will not cause the subsequent frequency problems .Finally, this pa-per puts forward reasonable suggestions to enhance interference power grid performance of wind and photovoltaic .
