离子束在反应靶上碳沉积的实验研究

摘    要:碳沉积效应普遍存在于核物理实验中,对低能核反应实验有很大影响。本工作在反应靶前后加不同电压,利用~(12)C束流持续轰击~(13)C靶,研究了~(12) C有效厚度的变化。测量结果表明,碳沉积量与束流轰击时间呈正比。本文分析了碳沉积的成因,研究了降低碳沉积效应的有效实验方法,可为相关实验提供参考。

Abstract:The carbon buildup is a common effect in nuclear physics experiments,and it can affect the results of the low energy reaction experiments.In this work,the 13C targets were impinged by 12C beam with and without several kinds of electric fields.The results show that the amount of the carbon buildup in proportion to the irradiation time is observed.The cause of the carbon buildup and effective decreasing method in experiment were derived based on the analysis of experimental results.The results in this paper provide reference for correlative experiment.
