水热法制备PDP纳米荧光材料及其表征

摘    要:采用水热法制备PDP荧光材料并分析其表征图,结果表明,相同温度下,随着铈在试样中所占比例增加,试样的发射光谱发生蓝移,但发光强度有所减弱;相同温度下,掺杂元素铈、镨在试样中所占比例相同时,试样的晶系和结构参数基本不变,掺杂铈的样品发光强度较大;样品粒径分布均匀,分散性好,无团聚,形状规则,平均粒径在100 nm范围内,说明水热法是较好的制备PDP纳米荧光材料的方法。

Abstract:PDP luminous materials were made with the method of hydrothermal synthesis and the characterization maps were analyzed in details.The results showed that at the same temperature of 200 ℃,with the increasing share of cerium in the sample,the emission spectrum of the sample is blue-shifted and the luminescence intensity is weakened.When the elements cerium and praseodymium are doped in the same proportion in different samples,the crystal and the structural parameters are basically unchanged at the temperature of 200 ℃.The luminescence intensity of the sample doped cerium is higher.The sample with uniform distribution,no reunion,shape rules,average diameter(100 nm) is made by hydrothermal synthesis method.Hydrothermal synthesis is a preferable method in making PDP nano luminous materials.
