| 摘 要： | CRM是近些年兴起的一种面向客户的生产管理模式,它的实施要以计算机技术作为保障与基础。数据挖掘是一种面向决策的智能技术,它与CRM的结合将给管理理念带来一种新的视角和冲击。该文将对在校园信息系统中CRM理念与数据挖掘技术的结合进行初步探讨。
