| 摘 要： | 目的观察关节镜术后膝关节内注射施沛特治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法2003年6月至2005年1月膝关节骨性关节炎24例,膝关节行关节镜术后,按是否使用施沛特分成两组,比较疗效及不良反应。随访期限0.5～2年。结果施沛特组无1例复发,关节功能优于对照组。结论在关节镜治疗膝关节骨性关节炎术后使用施沛特有较好的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Sofast injected into articular cavity in the treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis after arthroscopy.Methods Twenty-four patients with knee joint osteoarthritic treated by debridement arthroscope from Jun.2003 to Jan.2005 were divided into two groups of Sofast group and control group.The curative effect and side effect were studied during the follow-up period of half to two years.Results No patients with Sofast reoccurred and joint function were better than that of control group.Conclusion The satisfactory effect may be achieved in treating knee joint osteoarthritis after arthroscopy with Sofast. |
