摘    要:介绍了TY900型上行式移动模架造桥机总体结构和工作原理,研究了外模液压系统原理图,液压系统的设计计算,同步回路的设计和液压锁紧装置的选择,工程应用表明该系统设计合理,工作稳定可靠,施工效率较高,能够满足设计要求和实际工程需要。

Abstract:The primary structure and working principle of up moving model frame bridge-erecting machine TY900 are introduced,and the principle,design and count of outer-frame hydraulic system,design of hydraulic synchronous circuit,and choice for hydraulic locking device are principally researched.In engineering application it is indicated that design of hydraulic system is reasonable,having stable reliability and higher efficiency,and satisfies design and engineering requirements in practice.
