液晶型高精度采集仪表设计

摘    要:设计了一种液晶型高精度采集仪表。该仪表采用24位高精度串行A/D转换器CS5532,极大地提高了数据采集的精度,简便的三线串行输出模式节省了单片机的接口资源。选用WGM12864液晶显示模块,实现了实时显示采集数据和运行曲线的功能;而按键的设计则实现了方便的菜单操作;另外,使用基于Modbus协议的RS-485串行总线通信方式,实现了数据的远程通信。通过实测数据显示,该仪表采集数据准确、性能稳定,各项指标达到了设计要求,具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:A highly precise acquisition instrument with LCD is designed. In this instrument, a 24-bit high-precision serial A/D converter CS5532 is adopted. It greatly improved the precision of data acquisition and saved the interfacing resource of MCU by the 3-line serial output pattern of CS5532. Meanwhile, WGM12864 LCD was used to achieve the functions of displaying acquisition data and operating curves, and the design of buttons made the menu manipulation convenient. In addition, remote data communication was achieved based on RS-485 serial bus communication conforming to Modbus protocol. Road-test data show that this instrument provides precise acquisition data, stable performance,and meets the design requirements, so it has a good applicative prospect.
