四通道高精度USB型数据采集系统设计

摘    要:阐述了一种系统基于USB协议高速高精度数据采集设计,系统采用一种新型音频A/D芯片AKM5394,利用差分方式进行数据采集,由CPLD芯片及高速、高精度的AKM5394芯片、FIFO,开发高精度高速数据采集系统,并使用USB接口在主机中实现数据存储与图形显示。该系统在Windows 2000或Windows XP环境下的驱动程序及用户应用程序采用的是Visual C 语言实现的,而固件代码则是用C语言实现的。系统具有低成本、高性能的特点,能够广泛应用于精度、速度各方面性能要求比较高的测控、信号分析等多个领域。实验室环境下测量的精度达到22位以上,效果良好。

Abstract:The design of data acquisition system with high speed and high precision,which is based on USB (Universal Serial Bus),is introduced in this paper. A new audio A/D chip AKM5394 is applied to the data acquisition system. Using CPLD,FIFO,USB interface chip and two AKM5394,a four channel data acquisition system with high precision is implemented. The data are also saved and displayed in real time by USB interface on computer. The driving program,which is used for Windows 2000 or Windows XP,and the application program of the system are realized in Visual C language,and the firmware codes are programmed in C language. Because of low cost and a high performance,the system with a measuring precision up to 22 bit can be widely used in such fields as measuring control,signal analysis,and so on.
