电火花线切割制造的强化传热微结构研究

摘    要:利用电火花线切割(WEDM)加工了一种微柱阵列的传热结构。通过试验研究该传热结构的传热性能。该结构表面粗糙度Ra达12.5~26μm,微柱截面尺寸250×250μm,柱间距离190μm。试验表明该结构比光滑铜片:热流密度高38~73%,压降高26~44%,柱高与表面粗糙度对传热效果有较大影响。

Abstract:A kind of micro-column array structure(MCAS) for enhanced heat transfer was fabricated by wire electron discharge machining(WEDM).Experiments were carried out to analyze the heat transfer performance of the MCAS.The surface roughness of the MCAS was from 12.5μm to 26μm,the area of cross section of micro-column was 250×250μm,the distance between micro-columns was 190μm.Experimentation shows the heat flux of the MCAS was 38~73% higher than that of smooth copper plate;the pressure drop of the MCAS was 26~44% higher than that of smooth copper plate;the height of micro-column and the surface roughness affected the effect of heat transfer largely.
