摘    要:采用SHS技术和传统氧-乙炔火焰喷涂技术,利用Al与CuO间的高能铝热反应,在钢的表面制备了Al2O3-Al2Cu3复相涂层.研究了粉体聚集状态对SHS火焰喷涂涂层物相组成、组织结构和反应机理的影响,结果表明非团聚CuO-Al粉体分散在气流中缺乏发生SHS反应的条件,而团聚CuO-Al体,经历反应孕育、飞行燃烧、碰撞、结构转变与凝固4个阶段,形成层状结构.

Abstract:Utilizing SHS reactive powder spraying technique with the combination of oxyacetylene spraying and combustion synthesis,Al 2O 3 Al 2Cu 3 multiphase coating was produced on iron substrate taking Al and CuO as main reactants.Influences of aggregating state on coating component,microstructure and reactive mechanism were studied.Results showed that non aggregated Al and CuO mixed powders have few opportunities to react because of being dispersed apart in the blow,oppositely,for aggregated particles,laminate structure has been formed after four stages of pregnant period,flight combustion,colliding and structure transformation and solidification.
