摘    要:本文提出了一种新的防止铝合金焊接热裂纹方法--随焊同步碾压法,阐述了其原理,用云纹法模拟了随焊碾压产生的应变场,并进行了随焊碾压防止铝合金焊接热裂纹的试验研究。研究结果表明,随焊碾压可有效地防止铝合金的焊接热裂纹。

Abstract:In this paper a new method for preventing welding hot crack of aluminum alloy, the synchronous rolling method, is put forward, and its principle is expounded. The strain field produced during synchronous rolling is simulated by moire fringe method, and the experiment of synchronous rolling for preventing welding hot crack of aluminum alloy is performed. The results indicate that welding hot crack can be prevented effectively by synchronous rolling during welding.
