摘    要:基于自行研制的微机控制内燃机大气模拟综合测控系统,对增压及增压中冷柴油机进行了大气压力对燃烧过程的影响关系及变化规律的试验研究.试验结果表明,随着大气压力减小,导致吸入气缸内的空气量减少,缸内吸气终了时温度和压力下降,从而使得增压及增压中冷柴油机缸内最高燃烧压力下降,燃油消耗率和排气温度升高,而且在不同转速、不同工况下,其下降率不同.

Abstract:Relation between different atmospheric pressures at different altitudes and the combustion processes of turbo-charged and inter-cooled turbocharged diesel engines are investigated through experiments. And the experiments are made by using a newly-designed microcomputer-controlled synthetic test-control system. The experimental results show that with altitude rising and atmospheric pressure reducing,the air volume adpirated by engine decreases,and the temperature and pressure at the end of absorbing process in cylinder reduce,which makes the maximal combustion pressure reduce in cylinder, fuel consumption and exhaust gas temperature of turbocharged and inter-cooled turbocharged engines raise, and even the power drop under different working conditions.
