| 摘 要： | 随着我国大部份企业现代企业制度的建立及企业之间的合并、兼并及重组，现代化大企业集团的形成及发展迅速，就此对企业集团财务制度的建立提出了新的理念和要求，本文就现代企业集团的财务管理制度进行研究与探讨，找出有利于发挥我国企业集团财务管理的优势，从而更好地促进企业的发展。

| Abstract: | With the establishment of modern enterprise system in most of our enterprises and the combination, merging and reorganizing of enterprises, the formation and development of big group enterprises become very fast. Now the establishment of financial management is faced with new concept and requirement. In this paper, the financial management system of modern group business is discussed so as to find the advantages of financial management in our group enterprises and promote the development of enterprises. |
