原子吸收分光光度法与1,10-二氮杂菲分光光度法测定水中总铁的比对试验分析

摘    要:原子吸收分光光度法与1,10-二氮杂菲分光光度法测定水中铁具有精密度高、准确度好的特点。用两种方法测定的已知样为0.8mg/L和1.0mg/L,经比较1,10-二氮杂菲分光光度法比原子吸收分光光度法精密度更高、准确度更好。

Abstract:Determination of total Fe in water by atomic absorption spectrophotometry and 1, 10-phenanthroline spectrophotometry has the advantage of high precision and accuracy. The Fe content of samples determined by the two methods is 0.8 mg/L and 1.0 mg/ L. The compared results indicates that 1, 10-phenanthroline spectrophotometry is of higher precision and accuracy.
