高职院校校园文化建设的研究

高职院校的校园文化建设应具有自身的鲜明特色，校园文化要为服务学生成长成才、培养学生的职业能力服务。以常州信息职业技术学院打造的七大校园文化品牌工程为例，阐述了校园文化在育人方面，尤其是培养既具有职业能力，又具备与所学的技能相对应的人文修养的“全面”人才方面的作用。
