| 摘 要： | 在以师为本理念指导下，分析当前高职院校师资队伍结构、实践能力、培训及激励机制基础上，提出改善师资队伍结构、加强“双师”素质建设、强化教育教学能力培训、建立竞争激励机制等措施，以提高教师队伍的综合素质和能力，从而提高人才培养质量，打造高职教育特色。

| Abstract: | Based on the teacher-oriented idea,this essay analyzes the structure of teaching staff,practical ability,training mechanism and excitation mechanism.In order to benefit students by improving the composite quality and ability of teaching staff,this essay also presents measures such as improving the structure of teaching staff,strengthening the construction of dual-quality teachers,enhancing the training of teaching ability and establishing a competitive mechanism. |
