四通阀控单出杆液压缸动态特性的研究

摘    要:根据液压伺服系统的基本理论,对四通阀控单出杆液压缸的数学模型进行了深入研究,推导了四通阀控单出杆液压缸的传递函数.根据负载性质的不同,对传递函数作了简化,并分析了四通阀控单出杆液压缸的动态特性.研究表明,与四通阀控双出杆液压缸相比,四通阀控单出杆液压缸的动态特性有所下降.

Abstract:According to the basal theory of hydraulic-servo system, the mathematical modal of four-connection valve-controlled one-pole hydraulic cylinder was studied and its transfer function was deduced. The transfer function for different load was simplified and its dynamic character was analyzed. The research indicates dynamic character of four-connection valve-controlled one-pole hydraulic cylinder depresses contrast to four-connection valve-controlles two-pole hydraulic cylinder.
