内置涡核破碎翼参数对旋风分离器性能影响的仿真研究

摘    要:内置涡核破碎翼旋风分离器具有保持较高效率同时降低压降的特点。研究涡核破碎翼参数对分离器性能的影响有重要的意义。本文利用计算流体动力学方法(CFD),采用雷诺应力模型(RSM)和离散化模型(DPM),模拟涡核破碎翼参数对分离器性能的影响。结果发现:随着相邻涡核破碎翼间距增大,分离器收集效率及压降均呈现缓慢增长趋势,而随着每组涡核破碎翼个数增加,分离器收集效率及压降均呈缓慢下降趋势。

Numerical Study of the Effect of Vortex Core Broken Wings Parameters on Cyclone Separator Performance

Abstract:A cyclone separator with vortex core broken wings can maintain relatively high efficiency and reduce the energy consumption. It is significant to study the various parameters of vortex core broken wings in it for revealing the mechanism of the new device. In the paper,the effect of so- called vortex core broken wing parameters on cyclone separator performance has been studied by using CFD method combined RSM and DPM. It is shown that the collection efficiency and pressure drop of the cyclone separator go up slowly with the enhancement of distances between wings. At the same time,both of them decrease slowly as the number of wings in each unit increases.
