涡旋压缩机传动系统动平衡多目标优化的研究

摘    要:针对涡旋压缩机传动系统动平衡优化设计,以轴承支撑合力、箱体底板的支撑力、输入扭矩及相应值的标准偏差的组合函数为优化目标,以轴承额定静载荷的10%及大小平衡块的总质量为约束条件,对大小平衡块的轴向布局及影响其质量和质心位置的尺寸提出优化设计,利用试验研究和遗传算法NSGA-Ⅱ组合进行多学科设计优化研究。仿真分析表明,该方法能够较好地获得综合平衡性能指标的最优值,对提高涡旋压缩机传动系统设计效率具有一定的现实意义。

The Multi-objective Optimization of Dynamic Balance of Transmission System of Scroll Compressor

Abstract:For dynamic balance optimization design of scroll compressor transmission system,the optimization objective was bearing support force,bottom plate of the box body of the supporting force,torque input and corresponding value of the standard deviation of combination function; the constraint conditions were the bearing rated static load of 10% and the total balance block quality. The optimization size was balance block axial layout and influence the quality and centroid position size. The method of multidisciplinary design optimization was the combination with experimental study and genetic algorithm NSGA-Ⅱ. The simulation analysis shows that the method can better get the optimal value of overall balance performance. The method to improve the efficiency of scroll compressor transmission system design has a certain practical significance.
