摘    要:目前,我国农业现代化建设与农村经济发展进入关键时期,设施农业用地备案监管问题突出。本文以设施农业用地备案监管工作为核心,通过分析设施农业用地备案监管工作需求,结合地理信息手段,通过搭建设施农业用地备案监管平台,科学辅助设施农业用地备案监管工作,科学引导设施农业用地选址和节约集约利用土地,更好地满足管理部门对设施农业用地进行日常监督管理、执法巡查、现场踏勘和用地审查的需求。

Abstract:At present,China's agricultural modernization construction and rural economic development have entered a critical period,and there are prominent problems in the recording and supervision of facility agricultural land.This article focuses on the recording and supervision of facility agricultural land,analyzing the requirements,combining geographic information methods,building a facility agricultural land recording and supervision platform,scientifically assisting facility agricultural land recording and supervision,guiding the site selection of facility agricultural land.As a result,the platform helps meet the needs of management departments for daily supervision,law enforcement inspections,site reconnaissance and land use review of facility agricultural land.
