迷宫压缩机活塞速度对泄漏量影响的研究

摘    要:针对迷宫压缩机活塞速度变化对泄漏量的影响,本文采用动网格分析技术,以4HS-MG迷宫压缩机的气缸和活塞尺寸为模型,对活塞运动过程进行动态仿真模拟。研究分析表明:在一定的条件下(相同的齿形、齿数、密封间隙、压比等),随着活塞速度的增加,瞬时的泄漏量是逐渐增加,而整体泄漏量是减少的。所以该动态模拟为高速迷宫压缩机设计时速度的选取具有一定的指导意义。

Dynamic Analysis of the Speed of Labyrinth Compressor Pistons Impact on Leakage

Abstract:The dynamic network analysis technique is used to simulate a dynamic model for the piston movement process in the cylinder and the piston of the version 4HS-MG for labyrinth compressor. The dynamic model is proposed for analyzing the influence of piston velocity variation on leakage rate in the labyrinth compressor. The research showed that: under certain conditions( the same tooth shape,tooth number seal gap and pressure ratio,etc.),with the increase of the speed of the piston,the instantaneous leakage is gradually increased,and the total leakage rate is reduced. So the dynamic simulation has a great significance for the selection of the high-speed of the labyrinth compressor design.
