基于正交法的一体化二次分离旋流器结构参数优选

摘    要:主要研究了一体化二次分离旋流器结构的初步设计,利用正交试验法,检验一级溢流口直径、二级溢流口直径、底流口直径对旋流器分离效果的影响。确定分离效率为正交试验中的指标,针对试验结果分别利用直观分析法和方差分析法进行分析,验证2种方法的一致性,并对因素进行了显著性检验,发现在研究范围内3种因素均对旋流器整体的分离效果无明显影响。

Structural Parameter Optimization of the Integrated Secondary Separation Hydrocyclone Based on Orthogonal Method

Abstract:The preliminary design of the integrated secondary separation hydrocyclone was studied,and based on the orthogonal method,tests the effects of the diameters of the first-stage overflow port,the second-stage overflow port and the overflow on the separation effect of hydrocyclone. Determine the separation efficiency as the indicators of orthogonal method,and make an analysis with visual analysis method and variance components method respectively based on the test results. In order to verify the consistency of two methods and make an significant test to the factors. Within the scope,the three factors were found that have no obvious influence on the overall separation efficiency of hydrocyclone.
