不同入住率下住宅小区复合式地源热泵系统运行策略的研究

摘    要:针对住宅小区不同入住率条件下复合式地源热泵系统运行策略优化问题,以合肥市的某住宅小区为研究对象,应用TRNSYS模拟软件建立小区复合式地源热泵系统仿真模型,分别对入住率为100%、70%、50%、30%4种情况进行了仿真模拟,以地源热泵系统全年能耗及土壤温升为优化依据。结果表明:在高入住率情况下,当地埋管出口水度大于22℃时开启冷却塔为最优运行策略;在低入住率情况下,夏季靠地埋管+冷却塔散热、冬季从地埋管吸热的运行控制策略最优,极低入住率(30%以下)情况下,采用夏季靠地埋管散热、冬季从地埋管吸热的地埋管地源热泵系统更加经济。研究内容对住宅小区的复合式地源热泵系统设计和运行有一定的参考价值。

Analysis of Operation Strategies of Residential Hybrid Ground-coupled Heat Pump System on Different Occupancy Rate

Abstract:Aimed at the problem of choosing operation strategies of residential hybrid ground-coupled heat pump( HGCHP) system based on different occupancy rate,the simulation model,regarding a urban residential community in Hefei as the research object,is developed by TRNSYS software. On this basis,the simulation model is used to calculated the annual energy consumption of GSHP system and analyze its operation strategy under 100%,70%,50% and 30% occupancy rate respectively. The results show that:at high occupancy rate,using composite ground-source heat pump system with ground heat of water temperature control at 22℃ is the optimal operating strategy;while at low occupancy rates,the optimal operating strategy is using ground-source heat pump system which dissipates heat only by cooling tower in summer and absorbs heat from buried pipe in winter. This paper has an important guideline value for the design and operation of composite ground-source heat pump system in residential community.
