| 摘 要： | 阐述了柱面气膜密封的性能特点,用Proe建立了无槽模型、T型槽模型,用专业网格划分软件Hypermesh划分网格,在Fluent中分析了操作参数对2种柱面气膜密封的影响,结果表明T型槽结构具有更好的动压效应,转速、介质粘度和压差等操作参数对柱面气膜密封性能有较大影响。

| Abstract: | Expounds the characteristics of the cylinder gas film seal,No slot model and T slot model were set up by using the Proe,Models were meshed with professional software Hypermesh,The operation parameters on the influence of two kinds of cylinder gas film seal was analyzed by the fluent software,The results show that T slot structure has the better dynamic pressure effect,Operating parameters of speed,medium viscosity and differential pressure has great influence on sealing performance of cylinder gas film seal. |
