基于CFturbo的离心泵扭曲叶轮设计方法的研究

摘    要:针对传统离心泵叶轮,尤其是扭曲叶轮复杂的设计过程,提出一种新的设计方法,基于CFturbo的离心泵扭曲叶轮参数化设计,CFturbo操作简单,设计思路清晰,便于实体的生成。介绍了CFturbo的设计流程,建立三维模型,最后通过Fluent进行流场模拟分析,验证了模型的可行性。

Study on the Design Method of Centrifugal Pump Twisted Impeller Based on CFturbo

Abstract:To overcome the complex design process of traditional centrifugal pump impeller,especially twisted impeller,a new method of the parametric design of centrifugal pump impeller based on CFturbo was put forward,CFturbo is simply operated and design ideas is clear and easy to generate entity. The design process of CFturbo was introduced,a 3D model was established,finally,the feasibility of the model was verified by using fluent to simulate and analyse the flow field.
