蒸发冷却试验台空调系统关键问题的研究(2)——节能检测方案探讨

对在蒸发冷却综合性能试验台上分别模拟标准干燥和标准高湿2种工况对各类不同的蒸发冷却空调设备进行试验研究时,试验台空调系统的运行调节方案进行了研究分析。结合被试设备的空气处理特点,分别探讨了在该试验台上进行不同工况试验时,试验台空调系统引进室外新风和排风的最佳比例的确定方法,并给出了随着不同季节室外空气参数变化,新风和排风比的推荐值,以期达到降低试验能耗的目的。

Study on the Operation Scheme of Air Conditioning System of the Comprehensive Test Bench Specially for Evaporative Cooling Equipments

The operation scheme of the air conditioning system of the evaporative cooling test bench is discussed. Considering of the air processing characteristics,the methods of determining the best ratio of the new and exhaust is mainly discussed in some different type experiments from the perspective of energy conservation which does not consider the maintenance structure and lighting loads. Finally,the optimum ratios of the new and exhaust air are given out with the change of the out door air in different seasons and hoped that would reach the goal of reducing the energy consumption.
