| 摘 要： | 研究了直读光谱仪分析钢中氮。确定了分析样品的处理方法、氮的光谱分析线、狭缝位置、最佳分析条件、共存元素的影响和校准曲线的拟合等。氮元素的分析检出限DL为0.0005%,背景值BEC为0.014%,本法具有良好的准确度和精密度。

| Abstract: | The method for the determination of nitrogen in steel by direct reading spectrometry was developed. The analysis line of nitrogen and the operation condition were optimized. The preparation method of sample element interference and the standard curve fitting of nitrogen were studied. The method was precise and accurate with the detection limit DL of 0.0005% ,and the background value BEC of 0.014%. |
