| 摘 要： | 本文以斜轧钢球孔型设计第二原则为优化目标，使孔型参数满足孔型设计第一原则、轧件咬入条件、凸棱强度条件、螺距递增等要求，对孔型凸棱单侧变导程法设计的孔型进行了优化设计。使用该优化设计方法可以大大提高设计孔型的效率和质量。
