高炉回旋区数学模型研究

摘    要:在高炉回旋区内部,焦碳颗粒与空气发生剧烈反应,产生煤气的温度场、压力场、浓度场分布将直接影响到高炉的冶炼状况。基于多相流理论,全面的考虑气体的湍流、能量、组分、焦碳与空气的化学反应以及焦碳颗粒的时间经历效应,建立了描述回旋区湍流特性的数学模型。利用该数学模型对高炉回旋区气流场进行了数值模拟,为高炉回旋区的研究提供新的理论基础。

Abstract:Inside the blast furnace (BF) raceway, high - intensity combustion takes place between the coke grain and the atmosphere. The temperature field, pressure field and the concentration field of the gas from the combustion have direct influence on the BF smelt status. A mathematic model to describe the turbulent flow domain has been built based on the multiphase flow theory. The gas turbulent flow, the gas energy, the gas component, the chemical reaction between the coke and the atmosphere and the time history of the coke grain are all taken into account. It offers a new theory for the raceway study.
