概率设计法在汽轮机直叶片级热力设计中的应用

摘    要:提出了汽轮机直叶片级热力性能的概率设计法。该方法以现有汽轮机直叶片级的热力设计的计算公式为基础,把叶片级的热力设计量根据实际情况处理为随机变量,把概率论和统计学应用于直叶片级的热力设计,旨在准确分析设计和制造因素离散性对叶片级内功率和相对内效率的影响。文中给出了汽轮机直叶计片级30个热力设计量的均值和标准差的计算公式和应用实例。

Abstract:This paper presents a probabilistic design method for thermal performance of straight blade stages of steam turbines.This method is based on existing thermal performance calculation formulas for straight blade stages and probability and statistics with the various design magnitudes of thermal performace as random variables according to actual conditions in order to accurate analyzing effect of the design and manufacture factor's scatter on the internal power and the relative internal efficiency of turbine blade stages.As a practical example,the mean value and standard deviation calculation formulas of 30 thermal performance design magnitudes of straight blade stages are given.
