| 摘 要： | 阐述了新型U形管换热器的结构特点,介绍了该种换热器在粗甲醇系统的应用情况。工业应用结果表明,新型U形管换热器具有结构紧凑、防振和防垢性能好、传热效率高以及安全可靠等优点,值得大力推广应用。

| Abstract: | A new U-shaped heat exchanger is presented,and its structural characteristics are discussed.The U-shaped heat exchangers are used in the industrial crude methanol system.The results of the industrial application show that the U-shaped heat exchangers have many advantages,such as compact structure,good anti-vibration and anti-fouling performances,high heat transfer efficiency,good security and reliability,etc.The U-shaped heat exchangers are worthy to be widely popularized. |
