抽油机井动态控制图在工况管理中的应用

抽油井的生产过程是油层的供液能力和抽油装置的抽汲能力(工况)相互协调的过程。将这一过程转换为泵效与泵吸入压力的协调关系,可反映出抽汲参数组合的合理程度。基于这个原理绘制的抽油机井动态控制图是一种简单、直观的抽油机井工况管理方法。文章借助江汉油田某区块的实例,说明怎样应用动态控制田评价油田的生产状况和管理水平,为油田管理部门在油田调整、挖潜方面作出决策提供了依据。

An Application of the Dynamic Control Chart to Managing Operating Mode of Pumping Wells

Pumping wells are producing in a process of coordinating the drainage capacity of a producing formation with the operating mode of an oil pumping unit. A rational combination of production parameters may be tefiected by transforming the process into coordination of pump efficiency with pump intake pressure. A dynamic control chart for managing the well's production is drawn on the above base. By way of example of Jianghan Oilfield, an appliction of the chart is illustrated to evaluate the production capcity and the management level of an oilfield's development.
