永磁型无轴承电机悬浮力前馈控制系统研究

摘    要:传统的永磁型无轴承电机悬浮力控制系统由于数字控制器采样周期、电流调制过程中的延时以及电机定子铁心涡流等因素的影响,实际的可控悬浮力与其指令信号之间存在延时,因而电机的悬浮性能受到影响.基于经典控制理论中的前馈控制思想,提出了永磁型无轴承电机悬浮力前馈控制系统.仿真研究表明,该系统能够有效地消除力延时和提高电机的悬浮运行性能.
