| 摘 要： | 根据焦化装置的耗能特点，分析了延迟焦化装置的节能途径；以装置过程能量综合优化方法为指导，对我公司延迟焦化装置进行节能技术改造，通过提高装置处理量、优化换热流程以及回收低温热量，使该装置能耗大幅度降低。

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of energy consuming in the delayed coking unit, this article analyzed the energy saving methods. Under guidance of energy optimizing processing, the delayed coking unit of Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company was reformed for energy saving. The energy consuming declined apparently through optimizing heat exchanging net, reclaiming the lower temperature heat and improving the feedstock. |
