摘    要:创建学习型的领导班子是创建学习型企业的内在要求和关键,是增强企业核心竞争力的有效途径,也是领导干部拒腐防变、弘扬正气的需要。打造学习型的领导班子,必须具有先进的学习理念即学习力竞争的理念、终身学习的理念、团队学习的理念、学习工作化、工作学习化的理念,在学习模式上下功夫。

Abstract:Founding the leading group of learning type is the key and the inner requirement that found learning type enterprise, is the effective channel that strengthens enterprise key competition ability, and is also the requirement that leading cadres resist corruption and promote healthy atmosphere. To found the leading group of learning type, we must have advanced learning concepts such as the concepts of motive force of studying competition, of lifelong study, of group studying, of making learning as work and making work as learning etc. and put in effort on learning pattern.
