超声波辅助提取天麻氨基酸的工艺研究

摘    要:研究了超声波辅助提取法提取天麻中氨基酸的工艺条件。试验以氨基酸的提取率为考查指标,以提取时间、温度、乙醇体积分数和料液比4个因素进行单因素和正交实验,得到最优工艺条件为:提取时间60 min、温度45℃、乙醇体积分数60%、料液比1∶40 g/m L。在此条件下,对贵州省德江县不同品种天麻的氨基酸含量进行了测定。

Process Optimization Study of Ultrasonic Assisted Extraction of Amino Acid from the Red Gastrodia Elata Blume

Abstract:The best process of extracting Amino Acids from Gastrodia elata blume was investigated.The optimum extraction process had been done by taking the extraction rate of amino acid as examined index,the single factor and orthogonal experiment was done based on the testing extraction time,extraction temperature,proportions between stating material and Ethanol volume fraction. The results demonstrated that the optimal process is as follows: extraction time of 60 min; extraction temperature of 45 ℃; ethanol volume fraction of 60%; starting material and solvent of 1 ∶ 40( g / m L). Under those conditions,De jiang amino acid content in different varieties of gastrodia elata blumes were determined.
